SOTAM tries to follow a strategy of diversifying its fruit production to meet the maximum needs of the market. Indeed, it currently produces over 3000 tons of fresh fruit per year (apples, pears, peaches, plums, almonds, citrus, grapes, olives ...). It has reached over 7500 tons in 2013.
