Immobilière du Sud was founded in 1993 as a SARL with capital of 1000 000 TD. Since its beginnings it has never ceased to improve its exoertise in the art of professional building whether residential, commercial or office accommondation and in all categories, from social to luxury through economy.
Its first building, the Coupole residence, at Ennasr II, bears witness to the maturity of its know-how, and a number of other projects followed close behind : the Essedik residence, Médina Jedida, Aïn Zaghouan, etc.
All SOROUBAT's experience and know-how, acting as principal sub contractor for the building work, are demonstrated, of cours, through the quality of the completed projects.
Foncière Tunisienne
Foncière Tunisienne was set up in September 1995 as a limited company with capital of 400.000 TD.
From that time, in line with its purpose, Foncière Tunisienne has been acquiring land, dividing it into plots, developing them and putting them up for sale.
In addition to its main work, Foncière Tunisienne is now expending its business activity into the construction of individual, semi-collective buildings for residential, commercial or office use, and this in all categories : social, economy or luxury. Its first project : the Colombe residence in El Mourouj V. A number of others projects will see the light of day soon.
Foncière Tunisienne benefits from SOROUBAT Group's strong infrastructure and enjoys, a considerable trump card : a large reserve of land that enables it to face the future with complete serenity.
